Couple of pics for Bob of an older 80mph motor. It actually has like 3 hours on it and is for sale. It is on a Norris Craft with a twin boat and motor as well. 2 boats that were a garage find.

Yes, that's an oldie but a goodie. Early 80's vintage updraft EFI. Rated at 240 horsepower at 6800 rpm. Basically a 2.4 litre 200 with a chamfered exhaust port and a 14 petal reed cage / crank half. Talk about throttle response....if you weren't careful when starting one of these early animals, they'd pull a 8000 rpm buzz as soon as it lit!!! :blink:



Oh, and just in case you were wondering...the prop is an OMC RX, good props....

Don't know....follow the thread here and you will know who to contact. They won't be cheap though. Even though they are fast, I don't like the way those boats are laid out. But to find 2 in a garage with only 3 hours on 1 of them was luck. They are owned by an 80 year old guy.
