Bearing buddies

A buddy is replacing his bearing buddies, and since he is taking me up to Erie on Saturday, I figured I would help. What is the best way to remove the old ones?

First, you get a friend to help you with the removal and installation. They get dirty/greasy. Oh - that's you Rich!
