Good evening all. I bought a 2000 Tournament V-18 with Mercury 125 2+2 outboard. I got the boat with the engine removed due to the previous owner was in the process of replacing the plywood transom core. Needless to say I got a killer deal on the rig. I have since completed the transom repair and now I am ready to reinstall the engine. Here is the question: Does anyone on the forum have this combination and if so what hole do have the engine mounted ? The engine has been removed and reinstalled several times so it’s really hard to figure out which hole was used. The previous owner couldn’t remember how the engine was mounted. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
