Here's the weather forecast for the Rally! It's kind of general, but you know that as the day heats up there's that threat for storms and Champlain is known for quick change weather....so beware.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE ACROSS NORTHERN NEW YORK AND

VERMONT THIS AFTERNOON



A WARM MOIST AIR MASS...LYING ACROSS MUCH OF THE NORTHEASTERN UNITED

STATES...WILL BECOME MORE UNSTABLE THIS AFTERNOON AS SUNSHINE MAKES

SOME BREAKS IN THE CLOUD COVER. THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP IN THIS

AIR MASS DURING THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS.

MEANWHILE...A COLD FRONT APPROACHING FROM SOUTHERN CANADA THIS

AFTERNOON WILL PROVIDE ORGANIZATION TO THESE THUNDERSTORMS. AS A

RESULT...THUNDERSTORMS MAY BECOME LONG-LIVED AND POSSIBLY PRODUCE

DAMAGING WIND OR LARGE HAIL THIS AFTERNOON. THE AREA UNDER THE

GREATEST THREAT FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE SOUTHERN VERMONT

AND THE SOUTHERN CHAMPLAIN VALLEY...WHERE THE GREATEST AMOUNT OF

SUNSHINE IS POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON.
