In my previous message I inadvertently showed my prop as a 13.25 x 10p and it should have read aluminum 13.25 x 17P. sorry for the error. I have also changed it in my original message. Any help I would be grateful. Thanks

Did you have your normal load on the boat when you tested WOT? Full fuel, gear, cooler, people. You need to test WOT with your normal load before you can determine what prop change you'll need if any.

I had everything but the cooler on board and the engine over revved to 6200 rpm. Will the 17p aluminum run differently than a 17p stainless. Should I go to a 19 pitch. thanks

You could go with a 19P Alumminum and save some money over a stainless. If you ever decide you just have to have SS, the 19P Aluminum would make a great back up prop. You should always carry a backup and the tool to switch it out. For now, you could keep the 17P as a back up.
