Does anybody out there have a '99 pro 18 jet with the new fuel pump. The 99's were the first with the fuel pump option....problem is my dealer said it is not needed if you use the motor often enough as gas will still be in the carbs. Now with the pump disconected I have to cheat a bit to start the motor if it sits for more than a week. I would like to re-connect the pump and I am looking for a picture of where the fuel line is spliced into the pump. I appreciate any help.
PS-I live in a state starved for big water and I end up using the trolling motor more often and the 120 every two weeks or so.
