What air pressure do you put in your trailer tires for your Pro Crappie? I am running 35 psi, seems a little high.

George - Just checked my Tracker tires and it says "50psi Cold" I've run it at 50 for over 3 years and they are wearing very even. 35psi seems very low.



Anyone else with a 175 have a different PSI rating on thier tires?

Run mine at 50 psi.

Embossed right on the tire too!!!!

TXS17 with a 60 Mecr.. Tires at 50 just like the sidewall says.

I dont have the Tracker tires anymore on my PT-175, but the same size aftermarket tires call for 50.



FYI:

The reason I dont have the nice pretty white lettered Tracker Marine tires are because I bought my boat in February. Hooked up and drove home (50 miles). Got home and edges of tires were gone, could no longer safely drive. Checked pressure - 30psi, checked tire rating - 50 psi.



LOW PSI will KILL your tires, and maybe you too...
