Help. I was in the middle of updating the software on my787c2 when the 9V batteries died on the PC connection kit. Now when I turn on the unit all I get is a white screen and must disconnect the power on the unit to turn it off! Any suggestions???

I figured I would be calling him first thing Monday am. Hoping I don't have to send the unit back. I'll have to pick one of those AC units up for sure! Those were new batteries i had in there too. Updated the Matrix 17 and they died on the 787c2.

I can't help you fix your problem, I'm sure Greg will be able to help you on that.

But for the 9v battery going dead problem, I use my battery from my 14v cordless drill. No more battery dying in the middle of doing something. Only cost $ .99 for the plug at Radio Shack.
