NitroZ21 year 2020 has structural floor issues in cockpit, cockpit Floor cracking when stepping down from front deck! Major soft spot moves down an inch in the center of the cockpit floor when stepped on!!!

Are you the original owner? If so, I would 'raise cain; and demand a supervisor. They would need to point out the specific paragraph that says that the broken floor is exempt from warranty. It should be under the warranty.

I transferred the warranty over to me its 10 years!!! I have it all in writing, I have taken it all to my attorney

If you're not the original owner you may want to shake down the previous owner as well, especially if it was caused by something not warrantied.

How is he going to "shake down" the previous owner? It is up to you to inspect the boat before you buy it. He would have to be able to prove that, the previous owner knew there was a problem and hid it from him, before he could seek damages from the previous owner.

Update after a letter from my attorney the factory said they would evaluate & repair…. I dropped it off at the Nitro factory yesterday 12/09/22 will update
Supposed to be about 4 weeks on the repair

Would probably be a good idea to have the factory take pictures of the damaged flooring before and after the repairs so you know what the problem was and how it was fixed. Can’t hurt to ask.
