2011 Tracker Targa trolling motor battery wiring

Help - I'm re-installing the trolling motor batteries in our Tracker Targa 18 and I can't figure out the wiring. Multiple combinations have been tried and the trolling motor won't run. Does someone have a pic of their trolling battery compartment?

Thanks - I think I have it right now. The lights on the charger are on now with a cord plugged into the charger. The batteries are fully charged. But the trolling motor still doesn't run. Maybe something in the footswitch?
