it didn't, how do I get a pic out of my documents onto here?

I think you have to upload it into My Library under "Members" or onto another web server. Then, in your browser, open the picture from My Library or your web server and copy the URL from the address bar. Then paste the URL into the "Link" box under POST A REPLY.
