Who purchased one of those trolling motor shaft tension devices?

Quite a while back, someone had posted some little gizmo for the trolling motor shaft that clamped to it to increase the tension. I was wondering who purchased one, and how it worked out for you? If it worked well, what was the name of the product? I couldn't find it anywhere.

What does it do?

It's just a clamp the creates friction on the shaft of your motor so you can adjust the pedal pressure required to turn.

Works great, especially when you are trolling while others zooming past you. The up and down boat movement made my trolling motor swing side to side. Now it steady. The newer models have a hand tight clamp, screwdriver not needed. I got mine from bobski (on this forum)
