Water Temp

I have a 1989 45HP Merc. The water is very warm as it is expelled. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?



Any advice would be appreciated....

It indicates that your cooling system is working as it should. The water is warm because it is removing heat from the engine. I would be very worried if it were cool.
