Water In Live Wells

I have a 2015 tracker pro team 175 TXW,I get some water in live wells every time.I have never even pumped water into the wells. My question- is this a problem or just normal? This is my first boat so I have no idea.

Do you have a drain plug in your live well and is it installed? Second with boat on trailer fill the live well with water and look to see if you can find where ti is draining out.

With the drain plugs in, I get a some water in live wells. The water drains out the back where the plug goes.
