Upgrading Deck Screws on New Tracker V16

First post here... I haven't even gotten my boat yet, but I have read that the deck screws that Tracker uses, rust quickly and become a mess. I want to upgrade/replace to SS screws pretty quickly after my boat comes in. I'm planning to take it in the salt occasionally.

Anything I need to know when buying screws? I'm hoping it will be an easy job because I'm not waiting for them to rust out.
