Ultrex Install Z7

I am wanting to install a MK Ultrex. I have a 08 z7. The issue I'm having is the trolling motor well isn't big enough at the rear section for the Ultrex foot control. Has anyone installed a aftermarket recessed well on the foot control. If so how did you deal with the bow panel. On these boats the factory trolling motor well goes all the way to the bow panel. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same year and model. The foot pedal does not go all the way back but it does fit. I used mine for the first time Saturday and I didn’t even use the foot pedal mainly the hand control. I will try and take pics later.

Once you get this installed you will like it.
