While running down the lake the throttle backs off easy to about half throttle.so I have to hold throttle down .can I pop out the plastic button for putting it in neutral.? Also running down lake steering wheel is cocked to left halfway.shouldnt steering wheel be straight.also have a fuse that runs to the recirculating switch keeps blowing
