Suzuki Boat Motor

Looking at a used boat but I am very hesitant to purchase because it has a 1993 Suzuki fuel and oil injected 150 HP 2.7 Liter V-6 motor. I am not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to motors but I believe it is a 2 stroke?

My family has only owned 2 previous motors and they were Mercury and Yamaha. Any suggestions on Suzuki motors? Are they good or bad? Is it a quality motor that can last a long time?

Anything would be helpful at this point......very frustrated!!!
