I am getting ready to move my 94 Nitro with a 115 2 stroke on a low loadrite bunk trailer. I picked up a loc n stow transom saver. When installed the skeg is about a foot off the ground maybe 14 inches. I am new to this and the folks I got it from had a transom saver bar that got lost somewhere. Cabelas had the lock and stow which is for a EFI engine. The bolt sizes match. Would this be enough clearance?

As long as it's higher off the ground than the rear frame rail of your trailer, you should be good.
14" should be plenty of clearance unless you back into a hill or come off a steep grade.
