There are a number of options....
The Spot Remover:

(Long shank hook, ball head with a flat bottom... stands up real nice in most cover)
The Spot Stalker:

More like a traditional jig head... puts craws in just the right position for biting, has a concave head that slows the fall
The SpotSticker:

Ball Head jig with extra long hooks.
I've used all of these at different times... my 'go to' is either the spotsticker with finnesse worms, the spotstalker with tubes/craws and the spot remover around rocks with finesse worms.
My favorite finesse worms are the Reaction Innovations Flirt and the Yamamoto Kut Tail.
