rickclunns discontinued

I got my new 2010 catalog and no rick clunns, a new purple looking power fishing model, but no clunns, its my favorite combo, are they discontinued

I wouldn't panic Todd.My experience leads me to the conclusion that many of the BPS stores sell the merchandise that was discontinued from the catalog.I'd keep checking(visit local store or call)for the next few months.If you find them,you better buy a few extra.Good luck.

My Bass Pro in Destin FL said the same thing. Rick Clunn's are discontinued. I liked then also, but I used them in salt water for redfish and speckled trout.

Have you heard anything about St Croix rods?

I have heard of them, I ordered some more reels but the rod sizes offered are not what I wanted so I am looking for a rod to put my clunns on

New cosmetic, purple instead of blue. Rods have a new tacky grip on them. Guts are same, same. I really dig the purple color. Good deals on the remaing blues.
