Removable seat stuck on z19 sport.

I just bought a 2019 z19 sport a couple weeks ago. Went fishing Sunday and one of the removable back seats was stuck . Anyone experience this? How did you get it out. Just to add the boat was garage kept like new so I can't understand why it's stuck.

I have one that is stuck also, the rear post I have to press a button and turn then pull up. That one works fine. But the front post I press the release button and nada. Don't know the difference of the two.

I'm talking about the 2 back seats that double as pedestal seats.
