Question About Where Bilge Water Comes Out?????

Just purchased used 1996 Bass Tracker Pro Team 17 boat. Love it!! Work great first day on the water here in WY. Just wondering where does the bilge pump expel water while on the water?????? There is a big inlet below the water line on the right side of boat is this a below the water line expulsion. What is this hole for? I have the drain hole and looks like water intake for live well in the back. THanks for any help to put my mind at ease.
