Do any of you know if there are any signifiant changes between a 2000, 2001 and 2002 Mercury 150XR6 outboard? I've acquired a tune-up/repair manual for Merc motors (2.5 hp to 275 hp) from 1990 through 2000, but don't know if is worth keeping. Thanks!

Mark,

I don't think it is worth keeping, so you should send it to me. Seriously, if you "acquired" it as a freebie and don't want it, I am willing to pay the postage for you to mail it to me. I have a 2000 Merc XR6. I have not had to do any maintenance yet with the exception of winterizing it. You can shoot me an e-mail at [email protected].

no change in the XR6, Basically not much of a change in anything ( except for Opti's) until you hit the 02MY EFI's.
