its a beautiful boat and well taken care of but the storage lockers on the side of the boat and the passenger side dash are all sticky to the touch. How do I handle this?

Pics or it didn't happen.

Just kidding. Welcome to the site.

My go to formulas for removing sticky residue, in order of potency:

1) LA Totally Awesome or Greased Lightning cleaner/degreaser (dollar store items)

2) WD40

3) Goof-Off

Whatever you use, test on small areas first. If you use the WD-40 or Goof-Off, prevent overspill on the carpet, as they will leave an oil stain on fabrics. Put down some old towels or a painting tarp.

Is the sticky residue on the underside of the storage locker? I agree with Rbstern!! He offers reasonable advice.
