Now that I got my tach working on my boat I have a quick question.

What RPM's should I be running when I am WOT?

I have a 1992 Mercury 150 XR6 that was just rebuilt. (3 hours left on break-in and then I can go to WOT) Edited to add: It has a Laszer II 24p prop. Not sure if you needed that info.

It is pushing a 1992 Nitro 190 TF 19'6". This is my first boat and it is a project/fix'er upper and I just now am getting her almost complete.

The info will be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Thanks!

William

Probably in the range of 5,600 RPMs for WOT. Merc's website doesn't have the specs for older motors but if you do a Google search, you should be able to confirm that number.
