Nitro 189 Sport Damage Need Help

I was pulling out of a rv/boat storage facility and a gust of wind slammed the gate and pole into the boat as I was pulling out. The pole / latch got under the rub rail and pulled it out about a half inch. I can see a seam/gap in the fiberglass seperating the lower hull and upper hull. How bad is this? Your knowledge and expertise is greatly appreciated!

All I can tell you is polyflake/metalflake is out of this world expensive to fix.
