I bought my 2003 Nitro 640 LX in 2005!! It has a 50HP Tracker by Mercury. After I owned it for approximately a year and a half, the number one piston blew and I got absolutely no help from the dealer, or Mercury!! It has since been repaired from my own pocket and has been running great until this year when the bilge and live well pumps went at the same time. After seeing many of the comments made here, I knew it was not going to be fun to replace because of the position of original pumps, one being under the gas tank!!! The person that thought up that idea should have had amnesia twenty minutes before!! But with the help of my new "Fishin' Buddy",(also, name of my boat,) Rusty, who use to work on F-16's, we installed two new pumps and now, all is well with my Nitro!!! Tight lines to all!!!
