Hey everyone Wayne here. I bought a 1992 Nitro and the control panel is self explanatory but can anyone tell me what this lever is used for. Looks like an on and off switch

maybe a battrey cut off switch. i installed one on my 95 nitro 160 .
got a short on an earlier aluminum boat burnt the wireing all up would have burnt a glass boat

Looks more like a live well drain lever.

Yes, if it works, it opens and closes the live well intake line. you keep water out if you want or you drain your live well, at least partially while on the water. I left in the open position your live well will completely empty while on plane running.
