Mine was almost great. I was up at 4:30 and I slipped out of the house undetected. I was on the river by 5am. I love the piece and quiet of fishing alone.....
It's kind of a fathers day tradition for me to go fishing alone. Unfortunatley, this year I got skunked. Not a single fish from 5 to 9. Some nasty clouds came rolling in so I got off the river and by 10am it was pouring with lots of thunder and lightning.
The storm coming in must have done something to the fish, because I sure couldn't catch any....LOL
When I got home Jill and the boys took me out for breakfast and then we just hung out at home and watched the storm.
