I have a 2000 Pro V-16 and the boat came up with an engine problem. I was a little PO'd because the boat/motor was just out of warranty.
The engine was torn down by the dealer and they found out it had a crank shaft that was out of round. The dealer called Mercury and they are shipping me a new power head. I am out of pocket on the labor but what the hell...Mercury could have done nothing at all!!
