Loud Annoying Fiberglass Flex Noice Inside Of Boat

Good Morning: I'm new to the site as a new owner of a 2005 Nitro 288 Sport. So far, I love the boat but it has a annoying fiberglass flex noice coming from the port side below the rod locker when traveling in even the smallest waves....Any body have an idea of cause and fix? If u press on the inside boat wall, u are able to duplicate the noise. Thank you....
