Livewell pump out function not working

Hi, before I dig too deep into this issue, I thought I would reach out to all of you experienced guys or gals and see if there is an easy way to diagnose this problem.
The livewell pump out on my 2010 Z7 Nitro worked last summer. Now after sitting all winter in my garage its not.
The pump for the manual fill works and I can hear it run. All intake screens are clear. I pulled out the red fill nozzle as always.
I don't hear the recirc. pump working so maybe my impeller is blocked??

No water shooting out the side of the boat when switches are on.
Any ideas? thanks

not exactly the same problem ,but the livewell fresh water pump did not work after winter storage. the motor shaft on the pump had rusted and siezed the motor. the cure is a new pump. walmart $40
