I recently purchased a 1996 Nitro 170TF Rick Clunn Edition bass boat and am wondering if the livewell dividers were designed to be removed/re-installed as needed. Most of the time I am not fishing in a tournament situation and have no need to separate my fish from a co-anglers. I would like to remove them so that larger species, like the occasional northern pike or muskie, can better fit in the tank.

Yes. The white plexi-glass will flex to come out of the groove in the middle and then remove it through the livewell opening either side. Good luck! ;)

Dan J. Thanks for the reply. That is what I figured, but I did not have the confidence to flex them far enough. I do now though. Thanks again.

Jig 'em up!!

Yeah. I would never keep a Muskie or really any species other than an occasional Walleye. Just wanted the dividers out for a bit more room to put a fish while I get the camera ready. ;)
