Leaking boxes on 2005 929

Anybody suffered with rod boxes (especially the right) that leak everytime it rains when you are on the lake. I can't seem to stop it no matter what I do. Now one of the tackle storages boxes is leaking as well.

Any ideas?

Looked at piano hinge screws and wondering about hatch locks.

Water could possible be coming through the locks, make sure the lock in on tight.

Just to add a little to Steve's comment, make sure the latches are turned to the locked position and the T handle flipped over and sealing the lock. Water will go through the lock otherwise. I'm sure you have checked the seals correct?
