Kentucky Lake Crappie

Greetings All,

I'm planning a nice, relaxing crappie/bass retreat this Spring in lieu of fishing my end of the year Superbass classic. Thought it might be nice to take a leisure trip for a change and focus more on fun than competition. Are their any crappie hunters out there that might recommend when the slabs are willing to bite?

According to my latest copy of Ky Game and Fish the top three lakes are Buckhorn Lake, Rough River Lake and Kentucky Lake.
