My name is Randall, I live at Lake Whitney, TX. I just bought a 2005 nitro nx750 with a 90hp merc on it. So far, throttle linkage issues are the only mechanical issue I have found.
Trying to figure out how to get it on plane without flying somewhere.

Congrats on the new boat! If the bow is lifting too much when you try to get on plane, make sure your motor is trimmed all the way down when you take off. Once on plane, you can start trimming up.

yes what pat said .if you put a straight edge on the bottom of the hull and run the trim til they are parallel then mark the reading on the indicator , this is supposedly the most efficient setting. i adjust the fin thats just behind the skeg til there is no torque trying to steer the boat.run up to the speed that you want to cruse at then trim in small increments til torque steer dissapears.
