Ignition Switch Will Not Turn Engine Off

The ignition switch on my 1993 Nitro 180 FS will not turn the engine off. I have to disconnect the safety switch to actually turn the motor off. Any ideas on how to correct this??

Switch has probably got water in it replace switch and keep it covered. Try spraying an electronic cleaner into switch to dry and clean contacts. The switch should have a small drain hole on the back side that may be clogged making it hold water. When you spray cleaner into it you should see it drain
