Can anyone help identify the following lure below? It had "Rapala" and "Ireland" stamped on the clear bill.

I concur with MeBassn. It's a Rapala Risto Rap. A #5 Plum Shad from your picture.

Check ebay or some of the tackle forum swap & sells online. They've been out of production for quite some time, so an out of the way tackle shop or online source is about the only way to find them. I'll keep an eye out for you. Good luck!
