I'm stepping up in the world and bought myself an older 91 Nitro 200DC that needs a total overhaul/restoration. Transom, floors, front deck, engine, electrical, gauges, carpet seats and the whole works, every inch of the boat needs attention. The trailer seems to be in good shape, I had to pack the wheel bearings put 4 new new tires on it before we pulled it home. The brakes don't work and need some attention but that is the least of my worries right now. The Hull, 150 1987 Mercury and trailer were basically given to me for $1, I did pay a little for the notary (twice) so worth it in my opinion. I sold my old boat (WINNER Tournament 2000) back in July of 21 when the market was good and I've been waiting for a deal like this to land in my lap.

Thanks for having me, I will have LOTS of questions and anybody that has or had one of these I will need your help. Not much info out there on these ol' Nitro's! I attached a few pictures to look over, I know it looks bad but everything is fixable and I just had to save this one.

Hello, any updates on the overhaul/restoration?

Welcome. I love a good project.

@ Nitro205... my wife and I were discussing the same thing a few days ago.

Tag for updates.
Good luck!
I am replacing my transom and adding some stringers to support a jackplate upgrade. Interested to see your transom fix.
