Welcome, Woody. Beautiful boat, congrats. How's fishing so far?

Fishing has been great. I've caught at least 1 bass every week since I bought my boat(Dec 2021). I sold my old boat in 1992. Due to family and professional obligations I didn't have time to fish. I considered a used boat, but I still work too many hours so I bought a new one so hopefully I can spend time fishing instead of working on a boat. I didn't want a big boat. I also wanted aluminum because I knew I'd beat the heck out of it. I went to look at boats, and looked really hard at a Pro 170. My Wife made up my mind. She said "that black boat will look better behind your black truck". (Pro 170's are available in blue or red)

After 30 years of not fishing I've caught 7 bass over 5 pounds this year including one that was 7 pounds 13 ounces. I also caught a 50 pound catfish. (while bass fishing, on 12 pound test)
