How to Clean

What do people use to clean/polish unpainted aluminum? I've got a 2003 ProTeam 185 and it gets a lot of black scuff-like marks on it. Is there a polish or cleaner that can fight this?

You can get the metal polish at BPS for $6.99 a bottle...If you polish one spot...you'll want to do the whole thing. After mine is completely finished...I'll try to post a breakdown on what to do.
