High and Muddy Water

There are four flood gates open on Remmel Dam (Lake Catherine), they are talking of opening more. Last report only one open for Lake Hamilton and a constant release for Lake Ouachita just to keep up with the rain. It is always the last lake on the string of lakes that has to release more water(the release of the upper lakes and in-flow from creeks and streams on the lower lake and the smallest).
