Just bought a 2004 Nitro 288 Sport, looking to replace the seats in it, any suggestions on where to find OEM seats would be appreciated. The ones at BassPro were between $3000 - $4000.

Would also like to replace the decals on the exterior of the boat, both the "Nitro" and the "288 sport".

Yeah, the Bass Pro seats are ridiculously expensive. They have a lock on that OEM market. Only two likely choices: 1) have an upholstery shop redo with similar matching profile and 2) aftermarket seats.
You might check with a graphics shop about duplicating the decals.
