Hello everyone, I'm Ronnie. I just found this site. I have a 1999 Nitro 700LX. I bought it new in 98. Due to some health problems, I only have about fifty hours in it. My son has it now and we're having some electrical issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The boat has sat for a long time. The engine is fantastic. The RPM, Fuel and Speedometer gauges work fine. The trolling motor and trim buttons on the bow work fine. All the fuses are fine. All wires, except the trolling motor cables, are connected to the cranking battery.

However, we cannot get the aerator to come on, no power to the bilge pump (installed a new one that works when wired directly to the battery) and no power to the lights.

Am I correct in assuming that all these things run off of the cranking battery?

My email [email protected]

PLEASE HELP.

Thanks so much.

Search this site for tracker wire color code and check for corroded connections, broken connections or broken wires. My 96 DX had fuses under the dash as well as at the battery.
