Front Livewell

My front livewell runs all the time I unhooked all the wires from the switch and it still ran.
Only way I got it to shut off was to pull the fuse.
Any Ideas on what is wrong.
Should have said earlier but it is on a 2014 Targa

It sounds like the livewell switch at the bow is turned on.
