Gosh Mike....that's what I've been doing wrong. Parking lot fishing hasn't been working LOL

as a matter of fact...i've caught fish at Truman from the parking lot of the Fairfield Launch Area. Of course the lake was about 20ft high, but still those concrete bumpers in the parking spots make good structure...
