First trip today

Heading out at 10:00 today. Current air temp is 26 and water temp is posted at 47. I'm not real optimistic but it will be good to get out. I will target largemouth at a lake about 40 miles away. I am located in western Kansas. Chris

ummm too cold for me - too old for that kind of stuff. Last week 60 degree with 20-30mph winds beat me to death and froze me. Think I'll just work on the boat in this 70 degree weather while the storms are going on.

When in Ohio 25 mph winds was considered "breezy", now in AR 15-25 it is a Lake High Wind Advisory.
Shallow lakes and wind in Ohio with a large number of boats = 1-2 foot waves easy.

We only caught two bass both legal tho.
Water temp was 47 with a North wind of 15.
They were caught on crankbaits.
