Console Switching Overhaul

Need some advice and would really like to see some pictures of everyones switch installs. I recently got a set of Bluewater Leds and I need to mount a couple switches and a dimmer for these. I am competent on the wiring so i dont need help there but i dont want to drill or cut holes in my dash for the new switches.
I would really like to add a newer modern touch pad circuit board switch. Only problem is that i dont know where to find them and I would want it to fit the existing hole where the z7 switches are now. I also thought about just reorganizing this space with a new polycarbonate backing and smaller switches so I can get more than just the 3 that are stock wired.
So anybody have any pics, advice or alternatives that you can share.
