Charging a 12/24 Volt System

Although I would like to get a 3 bank onboard charger, I haven't been able to justify the $250-300 expense. Until that happens, is there any way to charge both batteries at the same time?

Buy a two bank charger instead. It'll save ya quite a bit of money and still charge both your t-motor batteries at the same time. That's what came on my boat.
